Your Formula Creation Process

1. DNA-Based Research

We choose effective and safe ingredients to address the product’s goals based on DNA insights and skin needs. We identify active ingredients like hyaluronic acid for hydration, retinol for anti-aging, and niacinamide for barrier support. We than proceed to research interactions between selected ingredients to avoid conflicts, such as combining actives with similar pH requirements or avoiding irritants for sensitive skin. We make sure all ingredients meet local and international safety standards, adhering to regulations on restricted substances and allergens.

2. Ingredient Research and Selection

3. Unique Formula Development

We create the optimal balance of active ingredients and supporting components to maximize efficacy. We start with the process called emulsification. We blend water and oil phases to achieve the desired texture, absorption, and stability. We proceed with adding safe preservatives to prevent microbial growth and maintain product safety over time. Then we experiment with different concentrations of actives to determine the most effective yet gentle solution outcome. We porceed with creating prototype batch in the lab to evaluate texture, spreadability, and effectiveness. We refine the formula based on lab results.

4. Stability and Compatibility Testing

We ensure the product remains effective, safe, and visually appealing under various conditions. We expose the solution to extreme temperatures, humidity, and light to test stability over time. We proceed with assessing the interaction between the formula and its packaging to prevent degradation, contamination, or leakage. We finish the process with confirming that the product retains its efficacy, texture, and color over its intended shelf life.

5. Safety testing

We verify that the creme is safe for human use across different skin types. We apply the product to volunteers or lab-grown skin models to detect irritation, sensitization, or allergic reactions. We also test for adverse reactions to sunlight exposure if the product contains light-sensitive ingredients. We double check and ensure that the solution is free from common allergens and irritants, making it suitable for sensitive skin.

6. Production stage

We store the formula of your solution and create your first batch consisting of 5 day cremes and 5 night cremes in the exact way that replicates the sample that has been chosen from the previous steps.
